Marie-Hélène started her career with Umanico in 1993, while completing her studies. Initially a teller for the agency, then a reception for Desjardins, she became the voice of Umanico in 2003, handling reception, call taking, data entry, and more: in short, she is the ultimate administrative assistant. Marie-Hélène is impressively loyal to Umanico and is not shy about saying that she has the company and its values etched on her heart.
